Who We Are

Founded in 1989, the Easingwold Players produce at least two plays a year. Over 35 years, we have explored many different varieties of drama much to the delight of our strong local fan base.

We have performed classics such as She Stoops to Conquer, gems such as Waiting in the Wings, and ensembles such as Happy Families. In the last couple of years we have demonstrated our versatility once again, with A Bunch of Amateurs,  Calendar Girls and Puss in Boots. Our most recent production was 4 Plays, a collection of four short plays, full of fun and laughter.

 

The Easingwold Players have a strong backing from the community. We are always looking for new members, not only on stage, but in supporting roles such as costumes, front of house and technical which can be helping with props, sound and lighting, depending on your interests. No experience needed, you will get our full support, just come along and meet our friendly bunch!

To join us and take part in productions, the membership fee is £10 a year for adults and £5 for under 16's.
