​Spring Production

We have finally decided on a title for our Spring production:

Life: Ups, Downs and Banana Bread 

This is a selection of three plays by the same writers of the plays in last year's production, '4 Plays'. There will be plenty of laughs and the occasional tear.

The plays are again directed by new directors Huan Quayle, John Hawker and a first- time director Pam Broadbent (that's me!!)

The following acting members are involved:

John Hawker, Sue Hawkins (welcome to our new member!), Beth Prihar,  Huan Quayle, Jo Shipley, Cameron Smith, Linda Smith, Kate Webster and Sarah Wilson.

The technical team have a meeting on Tuesday 11th February at 7pm to be held at the Galtres Centre. Please come along and join us if you wish to be involved backstage in any way.

Annual Subs

Members' subscriptions are now due, it's £10 for adults and £5 for under 16's. Our membership is paid on a yearly basis based on a calendar year.  Membership needs to be paid by everyone who performs with us or has any involvement in any capacity with our productions.

Workshop 

We will be holding another popular theatre workshop run by our very own David Goodwin. It will comprise of 2 sections: the morning session is on 'preparing to perform ' and session 2 is working on the Spring plays.  It will take place on Saturday 22nd February at Huthwaite Village Hall from 10am until 4pm, please bring your own lunch with you, but we will provide tea, coffee, and biscuits.

We would like to invite any paid-up member of the EP to come along and join in the morning session if they wish.  Please get in touch with us via the website or a committee member if you are interested.
