The Wind in the Willow

SOLD OUT Friday and Saturday
It’s Alan Bennett’s adaptation of the classic novel by Kenneth Grahame, and it’s a great story for the whole family. Nobody is too young or too mature to enjoy this show.

You’ll meet the many sides of Badger, as charming as he is grumpy; Mole young, innocent and with a spirit of adventure; courageous Rat who cares for his friends and their grammar; and Toad, of course, whose pride in his mansion and his caravan and his car leads him to boast his way into and out of every kind of scrape.

You’ll be thrilled by the skills and creativity of Husthwaite’s ever resourceful drama volunteers. They include Easingwold Players’ Mary and Lawrie Hill, Cameron Smith and John Law. The director is Richard Wood
